Yolanda Hernandez is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and organizational development. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Wick’s Roofing and Solar, Yolanda is responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
With a career spanning over a decade, Yolanda has demonstrated a strong ability to build trusting relationships within organizations, support business needs, and drive HR strategies that align with company goals. Her expertise in legal compliance, performance assessment, and employee relations has been instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture.
