Waterproofing Underlayment
This two-layer waterproof system is flexible and durable. It’s designed for use under tiles and concrete slabs and is best for walkways, entryways, parking garages, or balcony decks.
Solar Reflective Finish
This system is meant to cover plywood, giving it the look and feel of concrete and lowering the surface temperature. It also helps meet the requirements of California Title 24, which governs energy efficiency. This finish is reinforced with metal lath, and installation includes three white polymer-modified cementitious applications and sealing with an acrylic topcoat. Use this product for roof decks, balcony decks, and walkways.
